Service terms and responsibilities

PackageMaps helps you discover routes and contact people. Delivery arrangements are made directly between the parties.

Before agreeing a delivery

Confirm item acceptance, dimensions, weight, timing, pickup and delivery locations, price, insurance and responsibility directly with the provider. PackageMaps does not carry or insure packages and does not guarantee a match, a response or a completed delivery.

Listing accuracy

Members are responsible for the accuracy of their posts and for keeping availability current. Externally sourced information can change; check the original provider page and confirm directly. Do not treat an inferred search category, map position or scheduled departure as confirmed shipment availability.

Payments and posting

Creating an account and viewing listed contacts do not require a payment. Posting allowances and optional subscription prices are shown in your account. Mollie payments cover the PackageMaps posting subscription. The marketplace does not process delivery payments between senders and couriers.

Responsible use

Only post journeys and requests you are entitled to arrange. Do not post misleading information, another person’s private information, abusive content or requests to transport prohibited items. Agree what can be carried and any applicable restrictions before arranging a handoff.

Alerts and availability

Saved route alerts are optional and can be removed at any time. Email delivery and listing availability are not guaranteed. Keep a copy of your delivery agreement and contact the provider about shipment-specific issues.
